We are glad to provide sample to our client for quality checking.
¡ñBefore that, please confirm WHAT you really want, show us by full description, detailed specifications, good photo, or rough idea, so we can prepare the sample suitable for you.
¡ñIt is our principle to request payment for sending samples.
Usually sample is sent via courier company at our account. To get sample, you must pay for our sample and express service.If you have collect account of courier company, you only pay for our sample.
¡ñTell us your company name, address, post code and phone number which are demanded by courier company to send sample.
Sometimes people provide original sample and ask us to make counter sample.
¡ñIf we have all needed material for sample, it takes short time and cost little to make counter sample.
¡ñIn fact we are not luck at all time.
* If we have similar material, for example, you want red clothing sample but we have only white fabric on hand for the clothing, we will ask If you agree to use white fabric to take place of red to make clothing sample. The arrangement saves much time and cost.
* Sometimes we have to produce newly material. for example:
1. Your sample clothing made of special fabric while we have no any the fabric
2. You insist on red fabric while we have white only
3. You ask 3 samples while we have only material to cover 1 sample
To start new production, minimum quantity and time is requested and cost is very high comparing with single product. for example, price of one clothing is $5.0 while cost of making clothing sample is more than $100.

¡ñFirst step to inquiry us the item you are interested
¡ñGetting information and ask us to make sample for your approval
¡ñMaking sample and get your approval, confirming your order details, such as price, quantity, quality, delivery time and port of destination
¡ñPay for your order and we start production officially
¡ñOrder finished and request balance of payment
¡ñReceiving full payment, order will be shipped and some documents(bill of loading, invoice, packing list) sent to you
¡ñWhen order reaches, you can clear custom and take away the order with the documents
Knowing something about production is very helpful and necessary to understand how your order is going on and the business cooperation with us:
¡ñPurchase or produce material for fabric, such as yarn, to weave fabric
¡ñRaw fabric finished to dye into colors needed, add some finish to make special property, such as being waterproof
¡ñFabric cut into shaped piece how the final clothing spreads
¡ñPiece added snap, label, printing, elastic and sewing
¡ñTrim thread
¡ñFinished product packed
We want you understand both the supplier and buyer are responsible to the business and order.
¡ñAs a manufacturer, our job is to follow your instruction and demand to produce something you want. we find a way how to carry out your demand into real product. so it is MOST important to make your instruction DEFINITE!
¡ñWe are surely responsible to any mistake made by us. for example, you request a printing somewhere but we leave space or print in wrong position.
¡ñLow defect rate is allowable because workers wont examine product one by one to make each one is perfect. 5% rate as common practice.
¡ñIf buyer find many defected product, we shall:
*ask buyer to send back, and we repair or remake
*sell at discounted price negotiated with buyer
*refund in some time
¡ñBuyer should be responsible to any problems caused by them, especially about their instruction. they must be sure what quality and specification they want and tell us clearly. for example, buyer order some product from us and get comment from their direct user that the product will get wet after some use and should be waterproof. they did not find the problem, nor asked us to make it waterproof. that is defect in design and buyer should be responsible to it.
Price is connected with some factors:
¡ñPrices increase if the quantity is less than minimum quantity because additional cost occurs if quantity is smaller.
¡ñPrices change accordingly to material's price and exchange rate. Prices quoted at our website valid for some time.
¡ñFabric's price depending on its component, weight and width.
Delivery time is what buyer is concerned with.
¡ñThe time is most interrelated with production process,more steps and complex process, longer delivery time.
¡ñIf material for production is on stock, time will be shorter because production process is shorter. That is why we suggest using stock.
¡ñTime is interrelated with quantity, but not closely. production time for 1000 and 3000 is nearly same as the same production process to be covered.
¡ñTime depends on if factory is busy. It is longer in high season. Place order quickly to avoid the high season.
¡ñOrder is not shipped as soon as it is finished, as usually several days later. When it is finished, we will book a ship or plane, send to special warehouse where they will be inspected by custom in some days. They will be shipped only after the inspection.
¡ñDelivery time is valid when we receive payment, so please make payment quickly after confirming your order.
¡ñAllow us long time so we can take better quality control to assure good quality.
¡ñMinimum quantity requested, such as how many per size, per design, per color.
¡ñAdditional cost occurs and price is higher if quantity is smaller than minimum quantity.
¡ñIn fact, minimum quantity is not same at all time. For example, we request 500 per color as usually. If we have some on stock, we can allow you smaller quantity to use our stock, which will save time and cost.
¡ñMore or less in quantity is understandable. If you order 10,000, the final quantity produced to be 9,000 or 11,000. payment in accord with final quantity.
Several ways to ship order and sample:
¡ñBy sea£ºLarge goods took by vessel from departure port to port of destination, cheapest cost, 15-30 days about to reach, receiver clears custom with documents( loading of billing, packing list and invoice got from forwarder) and take away goods.
¡ñBy air£ºSome goods took by plane from airport to airport, more expensive, 7 days about to reach, receiver clears custom with documents and take away goods.
¡ñBy express£ºSmall amount of goods or samples sent by express, from door to door directly, most expensive, 3-7 days about to reach, receiver only needs accept.
¡ñWe can arrange the shipment for you.
Customized order is welcome. as a manufacturer, we can follow your own design, add your label, and print your logo and name.
From our experience there is no business possibility with some people and we will not response to their emails:
¡ñSomeone whose only interest is to get free sample.
¡ñSomeone who knows nothing about our products before, and shows interest to ALL our product and ask for ALL samples to test market after seeing our product.
¡ñPeople who are interested in some item but no Serious business plan about it, no any feedback after getting sample.
¡ñPeople who need some thing and want help from us, but they know little about it, such as details information and specification, ask samples in wide range from us to choose.
¡ñWhose quantity is too small, such as 5-20 pcs. Please note we are manufacturer to provide goods to wholesaler and retailer, not to terminal user or consumer.
